Autonom · AI

AI tools for content that has to be right.

Source → Verified → Written → Rendered → Ready to publish.

Autonom builds practical AI tools for people who publish. Take finds today’s news, checks every claim against the source article, writes the script with an analytical angle, renders the captioned Short in your browser, and prepares the upload package. Every fact traced. Every source named. Every take grounded.

Flagship workflow

The tool that turns a live story into a captioned Short with a point of view.

Live & free

Autonom Take

Scans live news against your channel profile, verifies each claim with an exact quote from the article, writes an analytical Shorts script that adds your angle, renders it in the browser with a neural voice, matched footage and burned-in captions, and exports a ready-to-upload package.

Live news feeds Quote-checked facts Analytical angle Browser TTS Ready-to-upload ZIP

Take will not write from a headline alone, invent a quote or a statistic, or publish anything without your review. It prepares the package; you approve the publish.

The workflow, not just the generator

Most AI video tools hand you a script and stop. Take follows the order a real editor works in, and every step is a checkpoint you can see and edit.

  • 1

    Source

Reads publisher feeds and news search against the signals you set. Every story is scored for relevance and freshness, and marked readable or paywalled before anything is spent on it.

  • 2

    Verified

Reads the full article, extracts facts with their exact quotes, and removes any claim the article cannot support. Numbers and names must appear in the source, or they are cut.

  • 3

    Written

Writes the hook, the facts, an analytical read of what it means, and a closing question. The analysis is held to a stricter rule: no new numbers, no forecasts stated as fact, no absolutes.

  • 4

    Rendered

Narrates each sentence with a neural voice on your own computer, picks matching stock footage scene by scene, and burns in synced captions. Recorded in your browser, kept in your browser.

  • 5

    Ready to publish

Exports a ZIP with the video, audio, SRT captions, script and ready-to-paste title, description and tags. Upload it yourself with the disclosure settings you choose.

Multi-channel publishing is coming. Today Take exports a ready-to-upload package. Scheduled publishing to your connected channels is on the roadmap and will arrive as a capability of this same tool, not a separate product.

In the lab

Every Autonom AI tool follows the same rule: destination-specific readiness, local processing, honest reports. These are the next ones in line.

What “verified” means here

A Take script is not a summary. It is a set of claims, each one tied to an exact quote from the article it came from, plus an analytical read that adds the angle. Open any card and check it yourself.

What it checks

  • A readable source is required. No article, no script.
  • Every fact carries a quote from the article, and the claim is compared with that quote.
  • Numbers and names must appear in the source. Unsupported figures are removed.
  • Second-outlet corroboration compares the same event across two publishers when one is available.
  • Analysis is held to a stricter rule: no new numbers, no forecasts stated as fact, no absolutes.
  • Paywalled story? Take searches open outlets for the same event and says so on the card.

What it will not do

  • Write from a headline alone.
  • Present a paywalled article as read when it was not.
  • Invent a quote, a statistic or a cause.
  • Publish anything for you. You review, you upload.
  • Guarantee that the source itself is right. Take checks that the script matches the article, not that the article is true.

The Autonom suite

Two shelves, one rule: destination-specific readiness, local processing, honest reports. Ready protects the file. AI protects the content.

Same rule, two shelves. Ready protects the file before it goes in. AI protects the content before it goes out. Both run in your browser, both show what was checked, both tell you what they will not do.

Questions

Is Autonom Take free?

Yes. Take runs in your browser with your own API keys. There is no subscription, no account and no server-side storage of your scripts or keys.

What do I need to start?

One AI provider key (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, OpenAI or DeepSeek — free tiers work). For video, one stock footage key from Pixabay or Pexels, both free for developers. A YouTube Data key is optional and only used to learn your channel.

Does it upload to YouTube for me?

Not yet. Take exports a ready-to-upload package today. Scheduled publishing to connected channels is on the roadmap.

Does it make up facts?

No. A claim that cannot be tied to a quote from the source article is removed before you see it. This does not guarantee the source is right — it guarantees the script matches the source.

Is my data private?

Your profile, scripts and API keys live in your browser only. News search and article fetches pass through this website’s server, which forwards them and keeps a short cache of public articles. Your scripts and keys are never stored on it.
